The fifty-two page first issue is packed with fantasy, horror, and forbidden romance, set against the backdrop of a small mining community in Western Pennsylvania. You did it. And thanks to you, our loyal backers, we're having an amazing last day surge! Thank you everyone for spreading the word. But let's not quit now. The next stretch goal is at 13K.
I know, that's a lot to ask in short period of time. But if we do get there, every backer who was receiving something in the P.G.O.F.M. Wow. Just wow.
Yes White Ashians, that’s right, we only have the lifespan of one and a half mayflies left in the campaign.
But we have no regrets. Like the mayfly, we have lived this campaign to the fullest. And it’s all thanks to you, our backers.
You have been fantastic throughout, your excitement inspiring Conor, Fin and I to create an even better book for you. And to that end we’re just $400 away from hitting our $12,000 stretch goal and being able to add another four pages to the comic. And we’d really love to do that. So please tell your friends,Thursday morning’s coming up fast. If they want to join us in the big move to White Ash, this is their last chance.
And speaking of last chances, I want to take a minute to spotlight another creator on Kickstarter. Bart Sears has a campaign that’s ending tomorrow night that’s truly worth checking out — DRAWING POWERFUL HEROES. I was a huge fan of Bart’s work back in the early 90’s. He had an amazing run on X-O Manowar that was the reason many of us started buying Valiant Comics. He also had a fantastic series of drawing tutorials in Wizard Magazine. If you’re an amateur or a pro, there’s plenty Bart can teach you. So take look while you have the chance.
